Design has been a driving force throughout Stephanie’s life, guiding a journey filled with diverse and exciting experiences. With an academic background in interior design, she began honing her skills in model home design. Her path then took her to an international design firm that developed master-planned communities in the UAE, and a prestigious furniture brand, where she served as the design and merchandising coordinator. Stephanie further flourished as a designer for one of the nation’s top 10 home builders, guiding hundreds of new homeowners in designing their dream homes from the ground up.
This wealth of experience allows Stephanie to bring a unique perspective to Lot One, creating inspired interiors. Her creativity and keen eye for detail guide her in crafting spaces that are not only elegantly tailored and timeless but also approachable and family-friendly.

Stephanie is the creative eye behind Lot One Design Studio and Rockabye Mommy, both full-service interior design firms blending modern aesthetics with quiet luxury, creating spaces that are both approachable and family-friendly. Her designs seamlessly blend beauty and practicality, ensuring each space enhances everyday life while reflecting the unique style and needs of her clients.
In 2012, Stephanie founded Rockabye Mommy, with a vision of creating elevated yet family-friendly interiors for children. This venture quickly captured the attention of elite clients, celebrities and media. Her dedication to full-scale residential design led to the expansion of her portfolio to include new builds, remodels, and boutique commercial projects with the launch of Lot One Design Studio.

Laura is a designer and artist whose work blends interior design, visual storytelling, and fine art. Her experience spans residential and commercial projects, creative direction for Raido Design, and visual merchandising at RH, where she crafted immersive gallery environments. With a background as both an interior designer and painter, Laura brings an intuitive understanding of color, composition, and materiality to every project. She holds degrees in Creative Industries and Interior Studies and is a recipient of the CIDA Merit Award. At Lot One, Laura combines her artistic perspective with a thoughtful, practical approach to create spaces that feel expressive, welcoming, and distinctly personal.

Jessica is a commercial interior designer with a natural talent for creating boutique spaces that feel thoughtful, inviting, and visually unforgettable. Over the past two decades, she has shaped retail, hospitality, and workplace environments through leadership roles at Hibner Design Group and Design Identity Group, where she helped bring complex projects from early concepts through final execution. She’s known for blending creativity with practicality, thinking through how people will move, interact, and experience a space while still keeping the design elevated and expressive. At Lot One, Jessica brings her warm, imaginative approach to every project, designing commercial interiors that are as functional as they are inspiring.

With more than two decades of experience guiding brand, marketing, and production teams across the lifestyle, design, sports, and consumer goods industries, he has built a reputation for transforming big visions into seamless, scalable systems. Tim has led brand development for some of the industry’s most recognized companies, honing a skill set that bridges creativity with structure. At Lot One, he ensures every project runs smoothly from first conversation to final install, empowering the design team to do their best work while creating a streamlined, concierge-level experience for clients.
